Janet has more than 19 years of experience in training and development across a variety of industries and sectors including corporate, nonprofit, government, and education, in tech, energy, finance, education, and startups. In particular, 8 years of experience in coaching and teaching early career professionals combines with her diverse consulting background to provide exactly the expertise needed to cultivate young talent for the future of work.
Previously, Janet led Career Development teams at the University of Washington in Seattle, University of Technology Sydney in Australia, and at Springboard. Janet has worked remotely and led remote teams for more than 6 years, and has particular expertise in helping remote work succeed in organizations.
